What We Do
We place capital from private, individual lenders (“Private Lenders”) into opportunities at the local-level that do not fit traditional bank lending guidelines because they are not market ready.
These are single-family 1-4 unit residential detached homes that require extensive rehabilitation and require experienced, knowledgeable real estate investors (“Rehabbers”) to repair.
