What We Do

We are a seasoned real estate investment group. We seek to leverage our mortgage finance expertise and presence to generate consistent returns for our investors in strategic markets, and to help maintain real estate values in the neighborhoods where we invest.

We place capital from small institutions and individuals into opportunities at the local-level that do not fit traditional bank lending guidelines because they are not market ready.

These are single-family 1-4 unit residential detached homes that require extensive rehabilitation and require experienced, knowledgeable real estate builders and operators to repair.
