My mortgage career began in 1997. I co-founded an independent mortgage brokerage start-up and helped to build it into a $1M+ operation by systemizing recruiting, training and scaling an inside sales business development system.
From that experience, I’ve been able to contribute consistent pipeline growth and sales for several start-up and large enterprise Silicon Valley companies for over a decade.
Now I help companies build systems that increase deal flow and investment returns, partnering with leadership, management and advisory teams.

Sonya has over 15 years of client engagement experience in B2C industries. She supports business development initiatives in our digital, real estate, and mortgage divisions focusing on multi-cultural client relationships.
She studied at Evergreen Valley College with an emphasis in massage therapy. Sonya spent over 10 years with the local government working with disabled children. She is a mother of 2 sons, has interests in health, fashion, spiritual development and is an enthusiast of superfood, acai bowls.

He is a graduate from Cal State University, Long Beach with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. With over 10 years in law-enforcement, Albert is a husband, a father, an entrepreneur with interests in leadership development and e-commerce, a sought after speaker and wrestling coach. Alvaro Sanchez, Founder & Investor

Alvaro brings over 25 years of real estate investment, finance and development experience. He leads real estate acquisitions, construction and renovation project management for Freedom Day Network, an investment, development and social impact real estate company, making homes available to first time home buyers of low to moderate income. He is involved with strategic consulting for residential investment and redevelopment projects.
He is a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Alvaro serves as the Technology Director for the local NHORA – National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates. Tai Wong, General Engineering & Building Contractor

Tai is a home builder with over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. He leads construction and project management for House Builder Inc., a full service construction company. He is involved with strategic consulting for residential and commercial real estate construction projects.
He holds both Class A and Class B General Contractor licenses, as well as OSHA certification. Tai has led many construction projects in the San Francisco Bay Area managing the entitlement process and completion of single-family luxury custom homes, multifamily development and subdivisions. He is a husband, father and entrepreneur.
