About the Founder
The Fernandez Group was founded by Perry Fernandez, an aspiring entrepreneur with a passion for investment real estate and internet technologies.
Perry has held several business development and executive management positions in start up companies in the areas of finance, real estate, and the internet.
He has closed over 300 transactions, funding $100M in real estate finance and has participated in over 1500 transactions, funding over 1/2 Billion in real estate finance.
Perry studied philosophy at Santa Clara University and business at San Jose State University.
